[spyder] Spyder 2.3.7 - 'import sitecustomize' failed; use -v for traceback

Hi,
i recently updated to Ubuntu 15.10 and since then iam unable to use spyder.
After every start iam getting this error:

'import sitecustomize' failed; use -v for traceback

I realized that this bug is rather common and tried out a couple of bug
fixes
but without any success. Without being sure i think the issue is related to
ipython 4.0.

Hi,

The more recent cause of this problem is a breakage caused by Matplotlib
1.5. I'm working to fix it in Spyder 2.3.8 (to be released this week).
